Delete your SwiftMedia Studio account

Last updated: 21 August 2026

This page explains how to delete your account and associated data in SwiftMedia Studio, the AI image and voice generation app. You can do it yourself inside the app, or ask us to do it for you.

Short version: Open SwiftMedia Studio, tap the menu button in the top-right corner, and choose Delete my account. Everything is removed immediately. If you no longer have the app installed, email swiftmedia.support@gmail.com and we will action it within 30 days.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself, in the app

  1. Open SwiftMedia Studio on your device.
  2. Tap the menu button (the three-line icon at the top-right of the home screen).
  3. Scroll to Danger zone.
  4. Tap Delete my account.
  5. Type DELETE when prompted, to confirm.

Deletion happens straight away. You will be signed out automatically once it finishes.

Option 2 — Ask us to delete it

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email swiftmedia.support@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject Account deletion request.

Sending from the address on the account is how we confirm the request is genuinely yours. If you signed in as a guest rather than with Google, tell us and we will explain what we can identify. Guest accounts hold no email address, so in some cases the only reliable way to remove the data is from inside the app on the device that created it.

We will complete verified requests within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

DataWhat happens
Your account recordDeleted permanently
Email address and sign-in identityDeleted permanently
Every image you generatedDeleted permanently from storage
Every audio clip you generatedDeleted permanently from storage
Your remaining credit balanceDeleted permanently, and not refunded
Your prompt historyDeleted permanently
This cannot be undone. Deleted images and audio cannot be recovered, and any unused credits are forfeited. If you want to keep anything you have made, save it to your device first using the Save button.

What is kept, and for how long

DataWhy it is keptHow long
Purchase and transaction records Required for tax, accounting and refund handling. These are held by Google Play as the seller of record, not by us. As required by law
Server logs (error and security logs) Detecting abuse and diagnosing faults. These contain a user identifier but none of your generated content. Up to 30 days, then automatically purged
A one-way hash of your email address Records that this address already claimed its free welcome credits, so the bonus cannot be claimed repeatedly by deleting and re-registering. It is a hash, not your address, and cannot be reversed into one or used to contact you. Indefinitely
Records of content you reported, or that was reported Safety and moderation, so the same material cannot simply be re-submitted. Up to 12 months

Nothing in the retained categories is used to identify you or to rebuild your account, and none of it is sold or shared for advertising.

Data that never reaches us at all

Worth stating plainly, because it is often assumed: SwiftMedia Studio does not use your microphone, camera, contacts, location, or photo library, and asks for no permission to any of them. Nothing of that kind exists on our side to delete, because none of it is ever collected.
