Privacy Policy — SwiftMedia Studio

SwiftMedia Studio ("the app", "we", "us") lets you generate images and audio using artificial intelligence. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using the app, you agree to this policy.

Short version: We collect the prompts you type, the media the app generates, and your sign-in details, so we can deliver your results and keep track of your credits. We do not sell your data and we show no adverts. You can use the app as a guest, and you can delete your account and everything in it at any time from the menu inside the app.

1. Information we collect

Prompts & generated media: the text you enter is sent to the AI service to produce your result and is not stored afterwards. The images and audio it creates are stored in our cloud storage so the app can return a link you can view and download, until you delete them or your account.
Account details: an account identifier is created for every user. If you sign in with Google we also receive the name and email address on that Google account. We use these to keep your credit balance attached to you and to secure your account. You can use the app as a guest, in which case no name or email is collected at all.
Purchases: when you buy credits we record which credit pack was purchased so the credits can be added to your balance. Card details are handled entirely by Google Play and never reach us.
Reports you submit: if you flag content with the report button, we store the reason, the reported item, and the associated prompt so we can review it and improve our safety filters.
Basic technical logs: standard server logs (such as error information) used to keep the service running and secure.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not intentionally collect names, emails, contacts, precise location, or payment information within the app.

2. How we use information

To generate and return the images and audio you request.
To apply fair-use limits and protect the service from abuse.
To review reported content and improve our content-safety filters.
To maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the app.

3. AI processing

Generation is performed using Google's Gemini API. Your prompt is sent to that service to produce the result. Your use is also subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy practices. We do not use your prompts to train our own models.

3b. What the app does not access

SwiftMedia Studio does not use your microphone, camera, contacts, location, or photo library. It asks for no such permission, so it cannot read any of them. The only optional permission it requests is notifications, used to tell you when a generation you started has finished.

4. How content is stored and shared

Generated media is stored on Google Firebase (Cloud Storage) and made available to you through a private link. We do not publish your creations publicly or share them with other users. We may access stored content only to operate the service, respond to reports, comply with law, or enforce our guidelines.

5. Content guidelines & moderation

Prohibited content includes sexual content, anything involving minors, graphic violence, hateful or harassing content, deceptive use of real people's likeness, infringement of others' intellectual property, and content that is unlawful or misleading. We use automated filters and act on user reports. Misuse may result in restricted access.

6. Data retention

Generated media and usage records are retained only as long as needed to provide the service, enforce limits, and address safety reports, after which they may be deleted. You can stop using the app at any time.

7. Children

SwiftMedia Studio is rated for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the app, contact us and we will delete the account and its content.

8. Deleting your account and data

In the app: open SwiftMedia Studio and tap Delete my account at the bottom of the screen. This permanently removes your account record, every image and audio clip you generated, and any remaining credits. It cannot be undone, and credits are not refunded.

Without the app: email the address in section 11 from the account you signed up with and ask for deletion. We will action it within 30 days. Full instructions, including exactly what is deleted and what is kept, are on our account deletion page.

You may clear the app's local data at any time to reset your local history without deleting your account.
You may request removal of specific reported content by contacting us.
You may refuse or revoke the notification permission in Android settings; every other feature keeps working.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
